Tough Romulan

One of the many Romulans we created for Star Trek: Picard. This character was one of the Black Ops – a tougher brute – slight cauliflower ear, and a bit of scaring. 3 piece silicone prosthetic makeup with lace brows. Original Romulan design by Neville Page.
